DAY 1 - CHOOSE A PHYSICAL OBJECT
Hi, my name is Lidia, and i'm known in my family/friends/school to be one of the most full-of-anxiety people they ever met. I always get comments like "you really should calm down during exams" (those comments actually pisses me out) and this "anxiety disorder" (i never got diagnosed by a pro fessional, but me and my family know that i probably have it) is really changing my everyday life routine in a bad way. I'm applied for a driving license and i couldn't pass the practical exam because I was on the edge of a panic attack for the whole time I drove, even if I knew I was able to pass it. I was shacking visibly and i actually had difficulty to insert the key. I have the next (and last) try to pass the exam in two weeks, and I'm starting to feel scared of doing the same thing again and have to pay all the course another time.
